Hell he would probably prefer to date her anyhow considering she doesn't go and getting into snarking wars with him. She's not damaged nearly as much. And they get along very well. 04:50 pm [Link]	August 22nd, 2031 Kestrels win! Not that I had any doubts about my favourite team in the least bit. Between that and Gem's birthday though it feel like it should be a good Saturday for once. Davies also has a price on his head now, though I wouldn't think that would bring in more leads. Just cause them all the more headaches with false leads. ~~Besides the reward is likely a quick kick to wherever will hurt most for not coming forward before now.~~ For the first time in I don't know how long I don't have plans for the 28th. Mum said she would put together a dinner though if I wanted and just gave her a little warning. ~~Autumn and Shane are likely busy anyhow~~ ~~More proof Blair wouldn't have gone and just off-ed herself~~ ~~Not even believing the stories of them having a lead for George~~ ~~And now that I've completely depressed myself out~~ Think I might go work a bit on my article for next week. ~~Or drown myself in the bathtub.~~ (17 comments \| Leave a comment)

10:14 pm [Link]	[Private, readable to Autumn] So I manage through the weekend without another bunch of flowers from the mystery person. (And if it's you Autumn, I'm not going to be happy and there will be hexes.) It's just so weird and random, and I haven't been able to figure out anything. So the facts are these. July 6th - First delivery of a fair sized basket of various purple flowers as well as chocolate. Thought they might be from Frank just to cheer me up a little and asked him, but apparently that's not the case. Chocolate was apparently benign as I shared the first half with some of the others around the office. July 12th - Received another small bouquet of purple and yellow flowers. Experienced no ill effects afterwards, but there was still not as much as a small note to go off of. Considering George getting kidnapped right between the two though, this one started to throw off a few warning lights. I've been trying to figure anything out at all. Minor flirting with Louis Weasley, but that was last Friday, so pretty sure it is also not him. Though you can imagine getting the invitation today with the red rose just when I thought the coast was clear about scared the hell out of me. So thoughts? Ideas? Proclamations that your sister is just crazy and needs to stop worrying about anonymous flower deliveries and just enjoy it? [/Private] So a ball then? That should be rather interesting and possibly fun. Though as far as parties go, Kenmare knows how to through a wickedly awesome one. Kudos to all. Who knew? ~~How the hell did Smith manage?~~ [ Family ] I think dad was more amused than anything when I told him I'd be late Friday due to the Ministry, like I planned it just to get out of dress shopping with mum "because it's the first game of the season". That seems to be where he likes to just be lately, watching practices though never actually focused on any of them whenever I've stopped by. I'm worried about him, but he always just shrugs it off. I might just be worrying too much where he's concerned. Should be plenty of room and everything though if anyone can make it. I might even talk dad into putting up some black and white decorations to go up with the emerald green. Even if you just stop by for a bit? (16 comments \| Leave a comment)

11:10 pm [Link]	[Private against Ministry Supporters] Very glad to see that everyone seems to be relatively alright now. Or at least safe ~~for now~~. Why do I get the nagging feeling that we're not actually going to figure out who kidnapped them though? [Completely Private] That's two deliveries now, almost a full week apart. Frank says it's not him and he would have been too distracted really to be behind the second anyhow. Not that I think he'd lie about it if it was him. Pretty sure it's not Dad either just trying to find a little way to cheer me up. Besides I know he's also been worried and keeping an eye on the team at the same time. Kept talking though about putting up a reward for anyone that had information that could lead to an arrest in this whole kidnapping. They're family after all. I've been over ever single person I can think of, and none of it makes sense... Oh Rowena, what if he/she reads my journal like some creepy stalker? [/Private] You know sometimes it's a good thing to remain anonymous, other times it's not... Though after this issue, I think I'd prefer to not have my name attached to such things. 10:36 pm [Link]	30th of June, 2031 Went to work bright and early today, I thought before it would heat up much worse. Ended up taking off after lunch and it was suddenly raining and felt a lot cooler. Maybe I'm getting too used to the heat that anything feels cooler, though I've yet to try touching any hot stoves just to see if they're cooler. I was going to see about getting some work done after eating, but ended up pulling a chair over by my window and just sitting back and reading most of the afternoon away. Besides deadline isn't until noon Wednesday and if needed I can always make up a pot of coffee tomorrow night and keep working until sunrise. ~~I can do better than these filler articles though.~~ It's been a rather relaxing day though for a Monday.
